The terms and policies outlined below are subject to change without notification. Please be sure to check this page regularly for changes and updates. AVAILABILITY Availability is based on dates that are not currently booked or blacked out. Booked or Blacked out dates cannot be booked. We do not sell to the highest bidder. We DO book dates on a first come, first served bases. Booked dates are only "Booked" when a deposit is paid. BOOKINGS All bookings are done on a first com-first served bases. Once a deposit is received for an event it is considered "Booked" and will not be double booked or canceled by Class One Entertainment except in the event of natural desaster or family emergency. DEPOSITS All deposits are non-refundable for any reason accept in the event Class One Entertainment is not able to fulfill the contract or must cancel. A deposit of $100 must be paid in advance to hold your date. CONTRACTS A contract is required for any event booked with Class One Entertainment To view a copy of our standard contract please Click Here. Payment Policy All balances are due no later than 5 days prior to the event. All payments must be paid in the form of Check, Cash or US Postal Money Order. All checks must be made payable to: David Brookins. RATES Rates are set by Class One Entertainment. All rates & quotes are all inclusive. They include travel, setup, teardown and special requests. No additional fee's will be applied. In the event you request the DJ, Class One Entertainment to play past the contracted timeframe an additional charge of $50 per hour will be applied. ALL overtime is due at the time the request is made. DAMAGES Class One Entertainment shall not be held liable for any action arising from or in connection with any individuals not directly affiliated with Class One Entertainment. Furthermore, the party(s) contracting Class One Entertainment agrees to assume full responsibility for any and all damages caused by themselves or their guests involving any of the Class One Entertainment property. VIDEO & MEDIA The parties purchasing the services of Class One Entertainment agree to allow Class One Entertainment to use pictures and video images taken at the event for promotional purposes |
